Brett Tucker RoperDoctoral Candidate
Brett earned her bachelors in metallurgical and materials engineering from The University of Alabama. Brett is now a doctoral student in the materials science program at The University of Alabama. Brett’s dissertation topic is in situ laser heating of cold spray deposited refractory metals. Brett has previously completed internships at Sandia National Lab and National Energy Technology Lab studying additive manufacturing processes for metals.
